SOP-Driven Implementation

SOPs derived from the BRD, Operational Blueprint, and operational best practices. Combined with LMS standards to ensure process integrity from day one.

ROI as a 3rd Dimension

Projects traditionally focus on dates and budget. Without explicitly including ROI in the methodology, it's often sacrificed by go-live. BIS builds ROI tracking into every phase.

Data Integrity Before Go-Live

The smarter the new system, the larger the risk. We work with Operations to ensure Item Master, Location, DC Map, and Inventory data is clean before cutover.

Change Management via Inclusion

Joint SOP builds, train-the-trainers, DC Change Champions, and floor flow modelling as a separate lifecycle sub-project to ensure associate adoption.

De-Risk the Cutover

Dry runs that involve Operations executing in the DC against new SOPs. Ops manages a sub-project plan focused on DC preparation and internal/external communications.

3-Gate Go/No-Go

Three independent readiness gates: (1) Implementation Team, gated by FUT & SIT. (2) Operational Team, gated by UAT against SOPs. (3) IT Team, gated by integration UAT and performance passes.
